Each time someone mentions the "Coanda effect" on the internet an alarm sounds in my 3rd ear. With all due respect, as a certified Romanian, my teachers drilled the fact that Coanda is a national treasure into my brain with great care, obviously trough my 3rd ear. I am therefore obligated to explain how to pronounce Coanda. Co, Anne, Duuh (as the kids like to say these days). My 3rd ear ringing stopped now.

Large air amplifiers, “air horns”, are used to ventilate tanks and vessels for internal work at my job sites. They only weigh a couple pounds and have no moving parts, but move as much air as a massive fan or blower!
