Alex I totally can empathise with the kidney stones. I had one earlier this year and quite literally thought I was going to die. Don’t know how you didn’t collapse from the pain they’re ROUGH.

i sort of relate to the eating so much you get anxious and ive chalked it up to just being way too aware of how my body is operating at all times and any slight changes (gas most likely from being so full of food) make me freak out because my brain thinks im about to slowly and painfully pass away
