Regarding why sometimes there's significantly more people at the grocery store than other days, in my experience it has a lot to do with payday. A lot of people get paid every other week or monthly, so when they get paid they buy all their groceries and in between paychecks they just come in if they need supplemental ingredients for something.

Scandinavian food is pretty alright but getting Salmiakki pushed into your mouth like that is actually a hate crime. It is very much an acquired taste that you get from eating it in like childhood. Swedish candy overall is so good, especially compared to American candy that just tastes like the most awful version of corn ever

About the cabbage egg dye, the dye turns green if you add some baking soda and red/pink when you add vinegar, make two batches for christmas colored eggs. Shouldn’t affect the taste much because eggs take up color so fast

So galaxy gas is N2O, it’s used for numbing for dentistry and obviously for whipped cream cans. Helium is totally harmless, it could make you lightheaded if you inhale too much for too long, but it would be a lot.
