- Adjusted Caddy limited weld frame to be harder up front

- Adjusted Shocker suspension, softened stock subframe slightly, and softened quarter panels

this will not let me download the new update when i try it says "Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time. Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later.
