Bumper Update

- Increased rigidity of all bumpers to take as much flex out of them as possible, helping reduce the amount of "bounce" in hits and make contact between cars more solid and realistic.
- New bumpers added - Fronts: Mopar Flat, 80's Ford, 75 Volare, 75 Cordoba, Rears - 75 Monte Rear, 74-76 Chevy Rear, 76 Malibu Rear, 80's Ford front
- Added Black & Cage colored variations for fronts, angled variations for rears
- Removed all Moonhawk bumpers
- Updated existing bumper models & corrected jbeam structure to more accurately represent their shapes

- Adjusted steering strength
- Adjusted upper and lower control arm strength
- Adjusted subframes
- Improved body deformation
- Improved body rigidity
Misc
- Improved Roundback rear collision
- Adjusted Ford rear frame rails

- Updated all existing presets
NOTE - If the new presets don't load, you will need to delete the old presets out of your vehicle folder. You can open this folder by clicking "Open User Configurations Folder" at the bottom of the Save & Load tab in the vehicle customization menu.

You probably have duplicate versions or just need to clear cache

I can't get the new rear bumpers to show up and if I don't have the front either painted or cage colored they don't show either
