I think those were just made up by PR. I don't remember there being suction seats in the anime. But it certainly makes the pic even sweeter! Now I definitely believe she's a padded prisoner being held against her will! >:3
Technically, she's a cyborg (yes, there's a difference)...she's got a human brain inside that titanium skull of hers. She was once a normal human being long ago. LOL sorry, I've been a huge fan of the series for many years! XD
