Is there any difference between underlining and interfacing (using for example Pellon SF101)? I do a lot of purse sewing and have tons of that on hand and as long as my main fabric wouldn't show the adhesive, interfacing seems like it would be the simpler option to me.
Hi! Could anyone tell me if there's any reason I couldn't add the basque waistline to the Liz dress? Would that work? In my head it looks great!
