I read Doppelganger this summer after hearing you guys recommend it on the pod and when Morgan invoked it around 43:45 to say how shocking it was for them to see the right weaponize identity politics I couldn't help but think.. wasn't this was always where Klein's politics were heading? From a communist perspective, identity politics were always designed to divide the working class, and the "woke right" only seems surprising if you missed that point. Am I crazy?
