So love whenever you’re talking about vegetarianism! I’m vegetarian (it’ll be two years stein once a few months!) and I’m going vegan. It’s crazy how everyone has this stigma about vegetarians and vegans, saying they just eat tofu and salad or whatever, but when it comes down to it- as the hashtag goes- #anythingyoucaneaticaneatvegan !!! Burgers, hotdogs, ice cream, anything! And there’s the health side, environmental side, and moral/ethical side. I’m mainly in it for the ethics as I’m a huge animal lover and want to open my own animal sanctuary someday, but of course the environmental side as well! Can’t claim the health side though, I’ve got an awful sweet tooth and just can’t resist vegan junk food 😂 Anyways, much love ✌🏼🌱💕

(Yeah, you can probably tell I’m a bit uninspired tonight 😝) I’d say my weekend was okay - it wasn’t the best of times, but it certainly wasn’t the worst of times either. Overall I can’t complain 🤷🏻‍♀️ As for the Fragen... Cure for the hiccups! I usually do Valsalva maneuvers to try to get rid of the hiccups. I used to do the digital ocular globe pressure technique on myself (don’t try this one at home, folks), but I’ve been too paranoid to try it since having had laser eye surgery almost 1.5 years ago 😵 Most annoying talking animal! Oh, it would have to be some kind of bird 😒 Don’t get me wrong - many birds have beautiful chirps and songs, and their speaking voices would probably be just as pleasant. But I’m sure we’ve all been woken up at some godforsaken hour like 4 am by a bird call that’s repeated until you’re ready to take the bugger out with a blow dart. So imagine if birds, after developing the ability to talk, decided to become travelling salesmen (salesbirds?) or something. They’ll come pecking at your window at the asscrack of dawn, squawking about why you desperately a set of Ginsu knives in your kitchen, and they won’t take no for an answer. I don’t know about you guys, but that’s not a world that I would want to live in 😑 Riddles! Yaasss, I love riddles! 🤗 “Take away my first letter, and I still sound the same. Take away my last letter, and I still sound the same. Take away my middle letter, and I still sound the same. I am a five letter word. What am I?” Worst roommate! Oof, I’d pick Bruce Banner. I bet he would be a totally fascinating person to have a conversation with when he’s in a good mood, but what if I pissed him off by leaving dirty dishes in the sink or accidentally clogging the toilet? He’d Hulk out and destroy our apartment (there goes my damage deposit 🙁), and he’d probably break my legs at some point, too 😱

It's interesting that you start this ramble off with the January motivations because listening to you talking about training and your veganism has been a motivator for me to get back into my training and hiking. Great to hear an update. I like all your audios but your rambles and jokes are my favorite. I was actually on the trail yesterday, it was a grand day.
