Game Jam - Gauntlet Preview #1

My focus has been getting the basic framework of a Gauntlet-style game, which includes basic but necessary things like 8 way movement, tile collision, aiming and shooting, basic hit detection, camera tracking, and spawners. This gif was also created with built-in GameMaker Studio functions recently added.
The placeholder graphics were done with my partner that I worked with on Casa Rond, with more to come as the groundwork is finalized. Hope you enjoy!
