No, not quite cruel enough. Perhaps polymorphing him into a small, attractive elven woman and selling him to one of the Mexican or South American drug cartels for their "entertainment"..? That would be one of the lesser punishments I'd inflict upon him in the Gray Side...

There are fates worse than death. Bree could strip him of all of his powers and maroon him in the Grayside, where he will have to get a minimum wage job and live in fear of being deported because he has no citizenship papers.

Never said he doesn't have to be taken out, but considering all he's done to so many people, he not only deserves to suffer greatly, there are those who would demand it. Mostly elves, but a lot of orcs, at least one semi-infant dragon, and probably some humans and a bunch of other assorted races. He's an equal opportunity offender, after all...
