This is the start of a novel I was, up until a few months ago, hard at work at (then I put it on hold to focus entirely on Monstrous Ranch). I'm not sure when I'll get back to it, but I thought you guys might like it. <3
The Exquisite Garden: In which a knight is stranded in a strange and beautiful garden, with almost no memory of how he got there, and must trust a strange and beautiful fairy to find his way past sultry guardians who seem to know him even better than he knows himself. Luckily, he finds trusting her to be incredibly easy—as easy as falling asleep.

It was a great little story. I feel like it works great as a prologue or a standalone. As it is, the ending implies that he'll be stuck in a loop with his resistance being destroyed a little bit more each time until there is nothing left but their obedient pet.

This was a fun little story. It felt a little lacking in the hard story details, but Herne didn't seem to be in a position to really think much through. It did feel like a great introduction to a new cast. Thanks for the new vault addition!
