★ we're back, folks!! probably worth issuing a reminder: this story features strong elements of manipulative behavior, and this chapter in particular has some pretty harrowingly faithful depictions of anxiety and stress. that said, this is maybe one of my personal favorite chapters of the story so far, so I hope you give it a whirl!! ★

YES!!! Love seeing an update to this one! Also love how this chapter really gets into helena's head and shows how all her anxieties are being twisted into a sort of hedonistic dependence. It's so dark but so delightful to read and imagine
