I'm listening to your main feed episode and just wanted to add about Ozempic and others - I train a lot of people using these injections and it seems there's no discussion at all with patients about eating disorder history before prescribing. I think in a functional medical system it could be something really helpful but even "good" doctors do not have any obligation to make sure their patients are in a good place to be on a semiglutide. On top of that they just say to exercise with no mention about the risks of losing muscle mass and harming your metabolism when you get one on.
