Started doing a commission which snuck on to my list before I was reopened for them; kinda threw things off. I'll be working on the lineart at least today.

Yeah, basically sums it all up. Hmmm... I'll give both a shot at least, though the 'impactful' option is almost certain, yeah.
I think alternate outfits are always a fun option; sometimes it's the detailing in the jewelry and accessories, or accents that can define a character, rather than 'always the same clothes'. Posture, presented attitude, and visual personality work well for keeping identity clear. X-rays are fun for lewds since they give a kind of visceral impact on well.. 'impact' ehe. I wouldn't mind a bit of detail there, really. I recall a previous Ranma pic that did that well, and was very enjoyable~

It would be, yes, but also is often pretty neat. I was in a way already considering it, though more as a method of formalizing the character for longer term use (after all, who only wears one set of clothes?)
