It might be personal preference but I totally disagree. I really prefer the entire character to be animated, because the entire form then works together as a unit. Seeing just one section animated while the rest is still always felt like it calls too much attention to the shortcut of only animating what needs to change and breaks the immersion for me. It's too much Clutch Cargo and not enough Tex Avery. I guess all that to say, I always feel like taking the time to animate the entire character pays off in how much life it brings to the animation. Plus it's good practice too ;>

Thanks Pulsar! :} I almost feel like I animated too much of her? Like, in the sketch, your eye is just immediately drawn to the focus of the piece, that big pussy. But in this one I'm concerned there's too much motion everywhere and it' feels kinda distracting? Either way, more experiments to follow! :}
