Flexi Factory Shark!
🕑 Added 2023-03-17 18:12:35 +0000 UTCThank you all for the suggestions of making the mouth open. While it does make the design mostly print-in-place... it really creates lots of opportunities to mix and match colors and get creative with the prints.
As before, I have optimized it for AMS and provided the 3MF files for both Bambu and Prusa Slicers. I printed in two colors and links for PLA can be found here:

But, I also wanted to show off the single extruder prints. I was able to get a really cool print just pausing and changing filament:

I provided two heads. One fits a little looser. On some machines it might work better. I also feel it works better if you are printing the shark smaller.

It sounds like you are loosing adhesion. You might be getting warping on the overhang and the nozzle is snagging. Try lowering the temperature of your nozzle and finding better adhesion. I clean my plate with soap and water, then alcohol. And Use is purple glue stick if necessary. You can also send pics to flexifactory@gmail.com and I can further help troubleshoot.
iv been having troubles with this print, the ribs second back from the head keep shifting and im not sure why. any ideas why this may be happening?

yeah... BUT, just the Head too is amazing... the my little children 4yrs old is my better tester for the solid or not print :) .. so she's broke the joint bones to the head... and now she's play with the head and is very nice ^^ The movement with this joint is pretty cool !! I like it!! but is very delicate too (for my opinion)

Oh no. Maybe an adhesion issue. I had one shift in test printing. Caught up and didn't fail...but a small shift.

Yes. The keychain mod is allowed for Sellers. I am printing a few more today at 50% to make sure they function. So far, so good. Will post the photos and update later :)

This print worked great on both my ender 5 pro and flash forge 3 printers. My students and my kids both love the shark. My 3 year old keeps singing baby shark now. Not sure I am completely thankful for that part.
is it possible to make a keychain version ?
