the cover art explains the story incredibly well. the parental advisory sticker is massive because he did NOT have parental advisory in an environment like Vegas. "$ex Appeal" sits in the middle of the album for that exact reason, it's about aggrandizing what people come to Vegas for. 'met a freak from Cincinatti' everything is incredibly fast-paced and jumbled in his mind because he spent his developmental years having sex with multiple girls (which is one of the most prominent topics hit on this album), never seeing a true relationships, being in and out of homes, and dealing with drug abusers. the most "consistent" thing in his life was having different girls all the time, and he feels possessive over them while also being told that he should be emotionless by the outside world. so when he gets emotional i.e. crying over his grandma, even those things get conflated because there is no fixed "north" on his emotional compass. and it all comes back to his mom, him blaming himself for stressing her out and never wanting him, and always looking for love and emotion elsewhere. ik that was a lot, but ridiculously deep album.

I like all Keem's albums including this one. This one is a 9/10 for me. I really enjoyed the variety in what he does. Bob I think you must be a bit too old to vibe with keem, no disrespect 😂 is just where you are at in life and what you enjoy is not clicking with what keem is about. Also like the analogy of the morse code about this flow. I feel the same about Cole, his flows put me to sleep and I understand that he is saying some cool shit and people think is hard but to me feels kinda meh. 😂 no hate 🙌 glad you gave it a chance 👍 Also 2phones means that he is shady/ unfaithful/ has multiple b* 😂 he is not flexing about having 2 phones 😂

I mentioned it on the mp3 post, but it sounded like you only watched the third part of the documentary. I would give the first two parts a watch also, as it adds even more context to the theme of the album.
