Team Rocket, Team Plasma, and Team Skull are easily my faves. If Team Skull didn't exist, I'd probably like Team Yell a lot more for being essentially British hooligans (which as a Brit I would find endearing) but they're really trying too hard to be the "comically ineffectual villain team" that Team Skull already did one gen earlier.

Ngl I have a soft spot for Team Yell. Maybe it’s my British upbringing giving me weird nostalgia for football hooligan culture, but something about a how they’re from a town where poverty is a clear issue and they’ve completely thrown themselves behind Manie as she tried to make a name for herself. Idk man it’s sweet.

I'd put Team Skull higher, if only because it's a really interesting idea that they're all former trainers like you who just couldn't make it and now lash out because of it
