Fair enough! I used to go to the closest post office, but stopped because they were more unhelpful than the others (amazing as that is!!).

I do this thing, and maybe it's mean but if someone I have difficulty with is at the post office... "Oh! Shoot I forgot a form, I'll come back." Aaaand I then drive to the big office which is inconvenient, but much less faffing!
