in ENB menu (shift+enter) go to ENBEFFECTPOSTPASS.FX menu and there you have toggle options for Screen Rain Drops, Frozen Snow, and other effects

If it uses vehshare texture then it should be ok already, if is mandatory to use custom texture then you can get it from example texture
