· Improved performance of HQ POM effect, works with both parallax vanilla and modded textures
· Updated thunder to prepare for upcoming effects
· Completely removed distortion effect from gameplay (not just 0.001) and added back on missions, cutscenes and pause menu
· Upgraded Rainbow from alpha to beta stage, highly customizable, automatically spawn at sunny-wet weather transitions
· New Clouds weather
· Underwater overhaul with detailed and long range volumetric lightrays
