As GTA5 is updated, if you activate the "SNOW" option, "SNOW" will not appear on the road. The text said, "Snow does not accumulate in the current version," so I downloaded the latest modified version patch from Discord, reinstalled it, and installed the .OIV in the Snow folder, but there was no change.
