QV3 JULY UPDATE
🕑 Added 2023-07-31 23:59:20 +0000 UTC- HQ motion blur: (ENB, ReShade)
- - improved dithering quality
- - fixed R* rendering and finally removed the darken bottom of screen when MSAA is on / artifacts when MSAA is off
- Added 'experimental' Screen Space Rain Reflection shader (ReShade - work in progress) (demo: https://youtu.be/3WWz6dfnaRw)
- Updated clouds lighting and added new night-time preset (ENB, ReShade)
- Added volume dust effect for blizzard (desert storm weather by default) and Snow weathers, also on desert area for all weathers (ReShade) (demo: https://youtu.be/C6V5fSf4m4w)
- + scattering and sun/moon glow at sunset/sunrise
- Fixed issues with Snow shader when MSAA is enabled and added optimization in snow puddles effect (ReShade)
