I also read that book many years ago! Apparently he drank copious amounts of whiskey every day. Up to a fifth, starting each morning. Bourbon, specifically if I remember right. I suspect that really helps go a long way in making the radical honesty more easily achievable. Sort of like taking PEDs for truth-telling.

Wow! I've never heard of this psycho. As a true crime fanatic I have learned if you ever meet a person who is pretending to work, but really they're just roaming about all day or sitting in their car, that person is also capable of murder. Idk why, but I've seen it over and over again.

for anyone concerned, he isn't actually "free" now I don't think. He just isn't in prison. I remember hearing about him on a podcast about a year back. I believe the church has custody of him now if I remember correctly but feel free to correct me if I am wrong on that. Regardless, he certainly shouldn't have left prison in my opinion. The man is a self made monster.
