My game kept crashing and it was driving me crazy. Started a new file and unfortunately, this little mod is the culprit. I dunno how it's bugged or why but after I deleted it my game was working great. Big bummer cause I love this mod even though I hate coffee irl lol!

Hi Jess. It seems that they are going for it whenever they like, even if the energy bar is at medium. They don’t do this with the Hot Chocolate maker. They’ll only do that if the energy is low. I also notice energy bar doesn’t go up that much on Home Barista. I’ll send you a screenshot from the episode 😊 I checked to see if I was up to date and I am on both versions. I still love it even with the quirk.

Are they going after it when their energy levels are low? I know sims grab coffee and nap a lot instead of actually going to sleep.. I can look into the recipes to see if anything's changed recently. And that's awesome! Thank you, i'll have to check that out! 😊💕

Hey Jess. Lately I've been noticing that my Sims are obsessed with this. I still love it but I'm not sure if something is conflicting with it. Also, this makes an appearance in my new episode of my Let's Play series.

My game crashes too whenever I make the coffee at home as well. Was there ever a fix for it?

Oh sorry for the super late reply.. but in case this helps anyone - I think the better build buy mod sometimes hides cc so you have to manually check for cc to show. But also this mod does require the get together ep as it is an espresso machine and not a coffee machine.

Hi, you have to shift click clean instead of having your sims manually do it. As far as i'm aware other creators have this similar issue when making custom appliances. The tuning for cleaning is there but for some reason it doesn't show the option in game.

I only added the coffees as an option for autonomous, I didn't change how often the game gets your sims to make them. I can take a look but my sims rarely go to the coffee machines (i've been trying to let them be autonomous) Could they perhaps have the coffee addict lifestyle (if that's what it's called) or is there energy often low?

Thank you for making this! I love that my sims go make coffee autonomously -- just that they do it *a lot* all day long haha. Is it just my game, can you please tweak it somehow? (if I'm not making unnecessary requests!)

Actually, this is a silly ask. Ignore me if its too much to ask. Can you add your hot drinks to the Get Together Barista/cafe counter addon you made once upon a time? Bunny coffee at the cafe would be lovely!
