Surprising results? Or maybe not? After all, PEEK is a polymer with quite a few years under its belt (1978- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyether_ether_ketone), despite its relatively limited use and extremely high cost. It’s expected that it might be outperformed by more modern blends of other materials. Perhaps a PEEK-CF blend could significantly surpass its initial performance. A different matter is the adhesion between layers, which is truly terrible. This aspect would need to be explored further because the data does not seem realistic.

Data is presented very well, as usual, but the upper right graph (“Deformation in the creep test” seems to have a pet peeve of mine, which is the Y axis not starting at 0. Might just be a LibreOffice error (I don’t have Excel). In any case, surprising findings! Great work!

Very interesting results. As you say, maybe the PEEK objects were not printed optimally by the provider. In any case, the PPA-CF is very impressive, though for us who are used to "pretty good" filaments for $30-$60/kg, at $200/kg (ie: $150 for a 0.75kg roll) it is a niche filament justifiable for only very unique use-cases -- eg: small prints that need to be particularly strong and/or heat-resistant, or for larger models that are otherwise difficult or impossible to manufacture without critical discontinuities. But it's still less expensive than PEEK!
