Speaking of high temperature, I would love to see you compare the strength of some filaments printed at different chamber temperatures. I have not done scientific testing but feel that when I print abs at 80C chamber temp it comes out much stronger than 60C for example.

I'm a bit late here but per CNC Kitchen and the article he based his work on, you should also use 100% infill, aligned rectilinear infill, no top or bottom layers, and one perimeter

I already contacted the company, but no reply from them. Usually, they hesitate when the advertising specs are stronger than the reality (see Tullomer). I have a lot of work on my side, if I clean all that I will buy the filament to test it. If the company will send it, then it can be tested earlier..

Igor, When you test the “10 transparent PETG filaments”, would you please be so kind to cover printing ‘glass’? This is sufficiently complex of a topic that it might be its own episode, but I can’t think of a better opportunity to test which filament prints the clearest ‘glass’ than when testing 10 transparent filaments. I am reasonably confident that I have taken Bambu Labs transparent PETG as far as it can be taken in transparency, but other brands are rumored to be better choices. (3mf available upon request). The principles to printing ‘glass’ are simple: * use an 0.8mm nozzle. * turn off the fans. * print as slowly as possible. * print 0.1mm layers heights instead of 0.2mm layer heights. (Though with Bambu filament, the difference is marginal). * no crossing layers. Or use concentric, if the shape of the object permits. However, from what I can tell, nobody has taken your level of rigor to determining how to print the clearest possible transparent PETG. That's my guess as well, I'm not sure if the thermal camera can detect hot air, but it seams that it's better at detecting solid or liquid stuff

For this kind of tests, as a customer, would it be helpful if we have a thermal camera to verify the actual temperature output?

Probably this Sunlu E2 is fine, if this thing is fixed in mass production. But as I mentioned in the video, if I get the prototype, then that product will be presented.
