Do you think I'm correct about the lightning? It's not as clear as I would like. Perhaps I will find another burn scar and compare.

would be interesting search the lightning data around that area for the reported time of the fire.

As someone who experienced (caused) a house fire; and got burn scars as a result of it, this video went to a very different place than where I expected, based on the title. Analyzing my burn scars would indicate: This dumbass was trying to heat a mixture of denatured alcohol and shellac, using a bare flame against a mason jar, and the resultant napalm equivalent got all over him, lol!
