Getting ready for 0.3 Alpha

So far we're still on track for the 31st.
For the character select screen, some updated renders have been made of each character (except cyborg, his model will be updated and improved by next build).
Speaking of the next build, I'll be switching to monthly updates hence forth! Having lots of finished models and locations to work with is speeding up production quite a bit. So Beta will be at the end of April.
