Eve's parents are something else, especially the dad. There are so many ways to die just as a normal human, I feel like I'd be at least somewhat relieved if I had a daughter if she got superpowers that might protect her at least some. Especially since she changed to environmental and food shortage helping in her plans there. Also, imagine a dad excusing my ex for cheating on me like he did in a previous episode? Oi that would be rough! To be fair my dad would have been obsessed with it if I'd gotten super powers and he believes in helping others to an obsessive amount, so I may be interpreting strongly through my own life lense.
