Rough Draft for 3.3 filter notes

The update will be ready on friday 4-6 hours before the start of release as it's more or less custom.
There's a ton of features that will make it into the filter and some that will partially make it:
Things that will make it:
- All the new Incursion stuff
- Identified item mod filtering
- Tierlist work
- A new strictness! It's called "soft"
- General strictness overhaul
Things that will partially make it:
- A style overhaul. This is a rather large thing that involves a lot of programming to get right. This patch will include *some* of the changes, but more are to come.
- 2 New styles! Yes the styles will hopefully be ready. Sadly, these styles are not quite the "advanced styles" (new concept) I've been working on (that'll take a bit more time). Those will get patched in later on.
- Preset overhaul. On www.filterblade.xyz the preset button will receive a lot of love :)

I think it'll be pretty big. I've implemented it for league.magic items already (incursion, warband) and for some single T0 and double T1/T2 mods. I think using the "Cloak of identified magic items for summoners" you can actually get a lot of profit. The same applies to running identified items-sextant.
It will be interesting to see how useful the mod filtering will become, based on the new keyword. Keep up the good work, guys.
