stand your ground. Given your state, yes fleeing may be the better option, but consider this: whatever it is has been observing you without attacking despite your obvious injuries. Is it too much to assume that it has some degree of intelligence and thus might not mean any harm? It could be that it simply doesn't know how to approach you yet. If you flee, you may never get the chance to meet what it is but by standing your ground, that could be telling it that you are unafraid and will wait for it to reveal itself.
