Yes, I agree. I can't articulate it properly currently, but I think panties are way hotter. Granny or otherwise. It could be a shape thing or mystery. Or the implied comfort. Like not trying to impress anyone, just being. I've had this thought for a while, like before this was posted but didn't fully engage at the time. I wore boxers but have switched to I think boxer briefs. Idk about health, but definitely comfort. Boxers would like ride up my leg and be uncomfortable. These don't. They're way better for activities, but need pants over them. Boxers less so. Ok I just remembered something from growing up. I think 5th grade, or middle school. I forget exactly. But we had to change for PE. And my mom always gave us underwear. Like tighty whiteys. So for the semester I wore underwear under boxers because I only had 3 pairs of white boxers at the time and I didn't want to get made fun of for wearing underwear. But wasn't comfortable asking my mom for more pairs of boxers. From sometime after that as I got more boxers until like a year or two ago I only wore boxers. The current switch was due to comfort. So comfort is most likely my top answer to the top pondering.
