【重要】FANBOX作品の非公開化のお知らせ

pixivFANBOXの利用規約の改定に伴う、投稿作品の非公開化に関するお知らせです。
All my works on pixivFANBOX will be deleted by December 15th (JST).
Because it's very likely pixivFANBOX's new policy will not accept guro works after December 15th (JST).
I'm not good at English, but I will try my best to answer your questions.
2022年12月15日、pixivFANBOXの利用規約が改訂され、『人または体の非合法的な切断など公序良俗に反する行為』などが投稿できなくなる可能性があります。これに対する対応について本日まで検討した結果、FANBOXの投稿は一旦非公開にせざるを得ません。したがって、
12月15日までに作品の非公開化を実施します。
急な対応となってしまい、本当に申し訳ありません。
15日以降は、投稿できる範囲内で作品の投稿を続けたいと思っています。私の作品は禁止商品には該当しないとは思うのですが、要修正商品として警告を受ける可能性があるため、当面はハードなR-18Gに関しては一般公開、マイルド（？）な絞首あたりをFANBOXに投稿して様子見しようかと考えています。
ただ、表現規制があまりにも厳しいのであれば、他のサービスに移行することも最終手段として考えますが、創作活動へのご支援を受け付ける場としては、引き続きFANBOXを維持したいと思っています。
……とても残念な結果ではありますが、「原則公開処刑にせよ」との命令であると前向きに考えながら、みなさんから頂いた応援を励みに、これからも作品を創り続けていきたいと思います。

You had some artwork that could only be found here on fanbox. Do you plan on uploading those to pixiv?

I will observe what they ban. If it becomes clear that they will only ban "live action" and "realistic" things (such as photo-real 3DCG, Photorealism...), I would like to re-publish my works.

What i understand that they gonna ban "live action" and "realistic" (3CG maybe) things. I suggrest you just wait and observe in the following few months and during that you post only normal pictures. And then we will see...

From my understanding, that is what they are saying, but the way they say was pretty vague and wide because some people are trying to cover up their real stuff by saying it's 3D. Now the rule is they don't care if it is real or not, if it "looks real", they are banning it, no more dispute with 3D or photo.

悪質な実写関連のみ規制対象であることを祈るばかりですが、万が一にも規制が厳しく、作品全てが規制対象となった場合、「アカウントが無事で済むのだろうか？」という懸念があるので……。非公開化した作品については、将来的にはまた再公開するとは思うのですが、その時期などについては現時点で未定となります。

It makes sense if fanbox only removes illegal content. But somehow they thought it wasn't enough.

運営から修正要請が来るまで、まだ非公開はされなくてもいいかとは思いますが、、、。おそらく今回の規制はそれほど厳しくないと思います。 非公開化された場合はどこかに再投稿されるのでしょうか？
