Wanton Cove park pic and general news.
🕑 Added 2017-03-22 00:57:21 +0000 UTC Wanted to share another pic of the art I've received so far for Wanton Cove. Hope you all enjoy it.Worked my way through the last of the bug and spelling errors reported for Wanton Cove. Unless the testers find something more, then the next public build should be ready to go.
Tomorrow is still wide open. Going to put an effort into Inheritance at that time and work on getting all of the navigation working correctly. I should have little trouble making movement work, but getting the random events to work might take a little more work. Will keep you all posted as to what's going on with the project. Should have more to report tomorrow evening.

Glad you like it. Mostly, I'm giving the artist free reign in how they do their work, they volunteered for the job, so creative freedom with suggestions seems like the least I can do. All in all, I think we came up with a list of +30 pieces of art I'd like for the game at this point, with maybe a few more as the rest of the game is completed. Its going to be nice to have backdrops like this, it should go a long way towards helping set the mood of the game. Now I just need to find someone willing/able to provide a banner for the game and a piece of cover art.

Wooo very nice! :). Geigar-inspired stuff might also help, could do a lot of with organic things around a statue like that, subtle play with the trees, shadows cast, backlight off of green, etc. Good luck! :)

Yeaaa.. was gonna say something but was wondering if my phone was just not compatible with what patreon was showing.. I'm at my computer now and I'm gonna second what Rune said.. pretty dark. One of my monitor's is actually slightly brighter than the other and still hard to see. From what I can see though? Mmmm.. I don't know, kind of a generic park picture? Not really what I'd envisioned from your writing, none of the 'creepy' feel (aside from time of day), nothing lovecraftian or out-of-place or anything? That pic is awfully dark. I can understand why, given the theme/setting, but ... I'm wondering if it's supposed to be nothing but darkness on 2/3 of the screen?
