Tyler is not same strength as Klaus. Klaus is over 1000 years old so most of his strength comes from that. Tyler simply gained extra strength of a newbie vampire, so he wouldn't even be stronger than Damon or Stefan. The big deal of Klaus becoming a hybrid is because now he's 'unkillable' .

Elena is NOT mad at Stefan, she's fully aware that Klaus is making him do this. Klaus is still probably compelling Stefan to do chores for him, but no humanity Stefan is kinda sadistic so he might choose on his own free will to collab with Klaus and torture his loved ones for fun. From this point on Elena might get mad at no humanity Stefan and his nasty behaviour, this doesn't mean she doesn't realise it's not his fault he became his way.
