Just to be clear (and I know it’s a meme lol) Dio and Pucci are not romantically involved with one another. Although it is confirmed that Dio is bisexual, Pucci has no sexual desires (will be explained later in part 6). Pucci states that he "Loves Dio as he loves God" that obviously states that he loves Dio as a mentor and someone who encourages his growth, but most importantly as a friend. These two obviously have a close bond, and that’s due to a strong Loving friendship. Not a "romantic relationship".
