It's relatively easy when you have a pair of calipers. The key to getting everything to print perfectly to size is that I don't adjust the scale and blender I just designed everything meter equals 1 mm

I'm the dude that just commented on Reddit lol, gonna print this later. Still surprised that you use blender to model for stuff that needs IRL dimensions, but it certainly isn't impossible.
