It's really close for me... But I have to go Caramel. Though, if I'm honest, that may be partially due to me replaying her boss fight over and over again because I love it so much. Butterscotch definitely has a lot of personality on her own though.

I normally like horses, and yes, as Locorotor pointed out, Butterscotch did suck up both nutmeg and Texas, but it's because she has no qualms about punishing a fellow fatass-creature-who-would-eagerly-sit-on-Texas that she wins my vote. It's so rare to enjoy some friendly fire in these scenarios. If Caramel sat on the other fatass cows just to get to sitting on Texas, it would be a tie again. It's close but my vote goes to the horse.
This is one of the most difficult decisions I've ever had to make, but I have to go with Butterscotch here. The death sequence where they back into the cave to crush Texas and her horse before farting up a storm is my favorite one in the entire game.

Very close. I personally chose butterscotch because it always felt like she had a lot of personality as an individual, let alone gives more to her team up.
