Hey! I suffer from malignant hyperthermia, so heat is always an issue for me. If you’re getting too hot take a cold, wet cloth and stick it against the back of your neck near the base to help cool yourself down. I also put one in the center of my chest if I’m not cooling down fast enough. Hope you feel better soon! P.S: if you have an upset stomach you can use a teaspoon of pickle juice or a glass of cranberry-orange juice (1/2 and 1/2 mix to sip slowly) will help along with laying on your side.

I always flip between cold juice and hot tea when I'm sick. Mint tea with honey was my go to when I kept getting sick during winter a couple years ago
This made my day so much better and laugh so hard. Am so sorry that your sick I hope you get better soon. Try to make sure that you rest up as much as you can, take medicine if you need to, get soup delivered to you if you can and if not eat a light meal if your stomach allowes it and if all else fails well done toast helps if your not feeling well. Rember to stay hydrated and idk if they sell the cooling patches where your form but they work wounders if you have a fever.so you don't have to lug around a wet cloth around the house or get your pillow wet when your trying to rest. Please take care of yourself and wishing for your speedy recovery.ps sorry for the rant I tend to go into "mom mode" when someone I like gets ill.
