yeah - hamzy edits together cooking segments to get a day off from eating mukbang. maybe nick could edit together meltdowns to get a day or two off from mukbang.

That was amazing! I do like the close-up of the food too. By the way have you ever tried sipping milk instead of water when you eat the spicy stuff? Milk cuts the heat way better than water...water can actually increase the heat in your mouth. Strange but true!

You need time to recover and heal not only mentally but physically and emotionally, go off grid for a little while and just learn to breath and be yourself again. Once centered and you feel over all healthier than do what you love and let the rest go.
