Wanna get your Original Character in the comic? The Mercenary tier is inbound!

We've plotted out the full Yuki Issue #4 down to the page and panel to give you all the chance to include your original character in the comic!
These cameos will be your chance to get a visual of your OC, and to see them immortalized in the Yuki canon!
We tested this as far back as Issue #1 with two characters developed by longtime patrons (as seen in the two post images), and we've designed the new eight-page arc with more places in mind.
What is the "Mercenary" Tier?
It's a one-time tier It comes with all previous rewards, plus the infusion one custom character of your choice into the world of the Yuki: Space Assassin comic by SkyFantasy! Rules and guidelines will apply and must be in accordance with our monthly theme.
๐ Monthly Theme: There will be minor limitations to character types we can include on a page, it will be dependent on setting and context.
For instance, this month's theme is Federation Troopers. Soldiers, Commanders, snipers, pilots, crewmen, tech experts, marines. Featured panels would involve some in combat, others in the hangar and halls of a Federation ship.
This month's theme is a bit narrow because that's where our new arc begins, and allows us to get our feet wet. More themes later down the line will be broader, like System Lord gatherings, space pirate crews, harems, or simply cantina-type settings.
We'll make updates and announcements on the coming theme in time for everyone to plan.
I imagine there'll be a lot of questions, we're currently working on a Rules & Guidelines sheet to iron them all out!
Guidelines:
We're currently finalizing the form process and submission guidelines, so it'll be online in a few days as a limited tier, meaning there'll be a number of slots that once taken up will be closed till the next round.
Until then, here's the gist:
- There will be a submission deadline for all characters. Tentatively, for this round and this theme, that is 10/26. On that date you must be on the tier (or take the slot via another payment method disclosed with Sadistic), have your character details prepared, and sent over to us.
- You're guaranteed one session to collaborate with Sadistic on the character to sort out their appearance and place in the comic. We can only guarantee a cameo with good coverage (as seen in the two comic images above) but this discussion will be a chance for us to share scene details and for you to give your preferences for their appearance in the limited space they will operate in.
- You get one revision request in the sketch or line-art stage, and one for the coloration stage. With a 48 hour window to vocalize your feedback for each.
- We reserve the right to politely decline and refund requests, though to avoid this we ask that you carefully review request guidelines first before joining the tier. Though if you're not sure your request fits? Just message us and ask, we won't judge we promise.
- You can provide and/or reference material from other sci-fi canons, but understand that your OC cannot carry easily identified trademarks of copyrighted species or characters. Your character cannot literally be a Klingon or Twi'lek. We'll collaborate with you to ensure the spirit and appeal of the OC will be honored as closely as possible so they can fit in the Yuki canon.
That'll have to do for now, I'm getting back to work on getting this fully armed and operational battlestation er.... operational.
