I came back to the game after a several months hiatus, so I don't know where bug reports go these days, but I found out in a recent playthrough that if you're fully broken and encounter the prison guard while on your knees, you'll most likely offer him a blowjob. I'm guessing this is leftover from Trap Quest and not intended. Still, I'm happy with how far along DQ has come.
