i love this omg the overall mood/emotion in both pieces is really impactful. i love the addition of the flowers and it feels like it adds a bittersweet element that adds to the implied story in this illustration π

Thank you! I think the original had too much negative space in the background without anything interesting going on so I tried a different approach :)
