We do not ship these internationally. There are companies that will procure American products and send them to you. We don’t have the staff to handle international mailings and the cost is completely prohibitive if it gets lost in the mail.

We do not ship internationally from the studio - but there are many companies that will secure the item for you and ship directly to you from us in the US!

We are currently working with a supplier for Canada. The issue is when a package is lost - the international shipping costs, plus the extra item is a huge weight for us since we sell everything with minimal profit. We are working on it!

My sister got me one of these plushies of a goldfish. The voice never worked. I told my sister it was no big deal as I used it for an ornament in the living room. It is too late to return it and regret not doing so when I first realized it was defective. Oh well, live and learn.

I've noticed how it's really slowed down too. It would be nice to get a little update once in a while, even if to say "We're working on it!," I know the way they're doing things now is using more AI & it takes more production time. What has been coming out has been very interesting, so the content is there for sure. We pretty much check out the videos when they drop on YT, and since we started chipping in here on Patreon, we occasionally jump on here. I hope the holidays & the New Year bring AJ & Co. plenty of content, lots of production help and much more success!

It does seem like they have too much going on. It’s sad because it’s a great channel I love everything about it. I hope they are able to get back into a good routine. Doesn’t have to be every Thursday but should be 2 times a month minimum, there’s plenty of stuff out there to do videos on. I really hope they continue to succeed. Plus I’d rather more videos than more watching them on thanksgiving or after files. Those used to be great but not seems like it just done for the super chats money

I’m going back and watching the Wi-Fi backstage this episode is entitled “glitches in the matrix stories” This paragraph that AJ is reading is entitled “Mom died years ago. Dad got a phone call from her.” Something similar happened to me and my mom just to give you a perspective I’m 53 years old and this happened while I was in middle school one Saturday morning on Christmas break. One Saturday morning, my mother‘s best friend Nancy called around 11 AM. I answered the phone and she told me merry Christmas, etc. etc. we spoke for about five minutes. She wanted to know how school was going for me. After speaking with her, I gave the phone to my mom and told her that it was Nancy and they spoke for several minutes after hanging up the phone several hours later Nancy‘s father called my mom and said that Nancy had died at 5 o’clock in the morning from a brain Hemorrhage ( so six hours past from the time of her death till the time she call ) I have one other story, but I don’t know if this is the place to send it if there is a specific page or website to tell the spooky stories please inform me of the website I will be more than happy to share one more story with you Oh And by the way, I voted for heckle fish for POTUS I took a picture of my ballot and I believe I emailed it to you guys I think but I would be more than happy to send you a picture of my ballot again I figured hey if heckle fishes is running for POTUS , I should vote for him and so I did and like I said I wrote him in on my ballot and would be willing to show you guys ha ha ha. As well if this is not the case please disregard my complaint. It is time we figure out a system for shipping. Love what you have created, the atmosphere and community, the content, and I appreciate the opportunity to say my part in such. Let us break it down for minute here; I can not order anything I want from you guys being from Canada. Mouse pads, plushies, and I tried for shoes. Lets work something out, so all supporters can share in the enjoyment of your merch.
