I cant download this version for some reason, it keeps freezing. The farthest my download has gotten is 9%. I've tried deleting all my old saves and versions but I still can't download.

Ive run into a wierd glitch with water. After i leave water the character just runs on the air.

Yup had the same issues. I have like five keys from the jailer and none work.

I've found the key during the quest Diamond in the Rough. The jailer had two keys on her.

Can confirm both those bugs. In my case item loss seems to especially effect quest items.

found a bug if you do the footsteps of the dragon quest with the spirit sand in inventory you lose the sand

Two glitches I have come across: 1. Cannot free the prisoner in the SouthWest cage. The keys dropped by the jailer don't work. 2. Sometimes I lose an item from General Inventory when I change skins, but not always.

They actually don't, they just don't show up in the game anymore. Saves are stored in Users/"Your user name"/AppData/Local/Carnal_Instinct/Saved/SavedGames

You can chose the place the game files are stores, for me it's in the documents and it seems they get deleted or over written in the update.

I've also been having this problem ever since I switched to an AMD card. It appears to be a problem with this gen of AMDs. I reported the bug on the Discord but didn't get too much by way of responses, but I imagine they've taken note. It's been happening the last several game builds, so hopefully they fix it soon.

Happy Holidays, CI team. Thanks for the update. That said, I was curious if you did any testing with AMD GPUs? I grabbed myself a 6700XT recently, and have found myself experiencing UE4 "LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887a006 - 'HUNG]" Errors very consistently in CI. Particularly, in transitions in animated scenes. So far, the most consistent example of this is the transition between the x-ray and non x-ray portions of the animation stage with the demi-feline near the docks. Around 10-15s into that animation stage, UE4 will CTD. This seems to be related to spikes in GPU utilization, as I notice a drop in utilization to ~30-50% during the x-ray and then a spike to 99% as the scene transitions out of the x-ray. Lowering my settings from High to Medium seems to have also increased the time it takes for this crash to occur. Of course, this is just correlation, and not necessarily causation. Alas, I've had no luck replicating this or a similar issue in some other UE games I play, and can't provide you much else other than the above. In any case, I hope this is something not too heinous to resolve. Thanks for the hard work!

Having a similar issue.

Where are the old saves kept? I am concerned that with each major update, and need to start a new game, they are somewhere on the drive and need to be deleted to maintain the system's free space.

So every time i switch skin all of my inventory just disappear along with i cant interact with some NPC to even speak or start a quest

How do I gain the update? Every time I open the launcher it says it's still version 3.18

I cannot get to the ruined temple in milk and honey. I keep running into the red wall about 70m from it.

cant wait until download works trying to update over 6 Hours now, it stops everytime working after some time. maybe another way to get downloads would be good.

To start winter winds, you need to finish the Diamond in the Rough quest then talk a pair of jackal masked guards on the docks. (They should have a quest marker) by doing that quest you'll get winter winds.

Found the dragon, but she just sits on top of a stone wall and no way to interact with her. I suppose I should find the winter winds quest first.

Mine did to I think its cos there are new things in the game meaning you'll have to start againe like evory new update cos the old saves are not conpatable.
