I used to cringe when Buffy had the initial conversation with Giles about Kathy's habits, it just felt off cause why would she discuss stuff like that with him? Til it occurred to me it's exactly the kind of thing you'd talk to a parent about. Now it's adorable. You think two college roommates watched this episode together and looked at each other wondering...?
