It's a costume for sorceresses.
It has no physical protection and is specified in the game as clothing. All relevant magic skill bonuses will be taken into account :)
However, elements of the costume can be enchanted.
There is also a magic staff in the set. When “shot” at the enemy, it creates a stream of air that knocks them off balance and freezes your opponents for a while :).
The staff is not the strongest in the game, I tried not to break the balance too much :)
The staff and the costume can be made in any forge. It is enough to have a skill of creating elven armor.
You will also need quite a lot of amethysts and glow dust.
Generate armor parts in Bodyslide before use.

Much obliged, my friend! ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ/ Yea, I remember when I was still playing Skyrim (about 4 years ago), I used to switch to different builds too because I found a cool new costume :) You can create several characters and orient them separately for different builds....but it's not that easy :) It's great to have a choice ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ/
