Come to think of it, I'm hazy on what succubi are actually about in mythology in general. In the media I consume they're often just presented as highly sexual women with demonic features. They like to fuck, sure, but the catch or consequence for the mortal involved in said fucking isn't something specific that's ever stuck out to me. If you have any lore to share, please let me know in the comments.
In TRW DnD, succubi suck your soul out through your dick. Also love makes the soul taste extra good. Warren really should have flipped through the monster manual at some point.

Oof. level drain is for the DM that truly hates their players lol. I was playing an adventure once where I got hit by an enemy that knocked permanent hit points off me. I only lost like 3 HP but lord I was so pissed I almost quit role playing entirely on the spot that day.

From what I remember of the lore, they just suck out your life energy with a kiss and kill you. If you get them to fall in love with you, they take your soul and you become a vampire. Not the worst fate.

Semen Demons steal well, semen, from men while they sleep through erotic dreams. Also they steal the essence too which is often lethal. They pass it on to Incubus who then use it to seed human women and produce more Semen Demons and Incubi. Yes, they drain their victims in all lore. Very rarely there'd be the one weirdo that actually likes their victims and will refrain from ending them to partner with them for life. For the most part they're like any other parasite. In dungeons and dragons it's as someone else said. Also Warren got screwed, toss out the GM.

The current game mechanic is a purposefully vague "level drain" that reduces your character's level. When it hits zero you die. They don't give details on what this level drain involves, but the succubus has to be in physical contact to inflict it. So, y'know... its prolly something naughty.
